PrivateConverter is currently free. We do not offer paid plans, subscriptions or checkout, and this website does not collect payments. There is therefore no purchase or refund workflow for this service.

If you see a charge that you believe is connected to PrivateConverter, contact contact@orbitlanelabs.com with the date, amount and merchant description so the operator can investigate. Do not email full card numbers, passwords or security codes. A charge by a linked third-party provider is handled by that provider under its own terms. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
