Service and operator

PrivateConverter is operated by Orbitlane Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Contact: contact@orbitlanelabs.com.

PrivateConverter is a free tool that converts Markdown into editable Word (.docx) documents in your browser. It requires JavaScript and a compatible browser. No account, subscription or payment is required. PDF-to-EPUB and Kindle conversion are not available features.

Your content and output

Use only content you own or have permission to process. You retain rights in your input; conversion does not transfer ownership to us. The editor accepts up to 150,000 characters and UTF-8 .md, .markdown or .txt files up to 2 MB. Images are omitted. Formatting support is limited; inspect the downloaded file before relying on it. Save your output before closing or reloading because the editor is not persistent storage.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use it to infringe others' rights. Third-party links and services have their own terms and availability.

Availability and limitations

Service features may change or be unavailable. The service is provided as available without a promise that every conversion or output will be suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory legal rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the operator with questions, accessibility issues or errors.
